When and how can I change my order details?
If you realize that you made a mistake when entering your shipping information or during checkout, please email us within 24 hours at contact@modelyria.com. Please also check the order confirmation email you received immediately after placing your order to verify all details.
When will I receive my tracking number?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sale periods. Warehouse processing and packaging usually take about 2–5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive your tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after payment, please contact us. Incomplete or incorrect address or payment information may delay the processing of your order.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

When will I receive my order?
The delivery time is calculated as follows:
Estimated delivery date = Order date + 2–5 business days for warehouse processing + estimated shipping time

Please note that there is typically a 2–7 day delay in tracking updates when the package is transferred from shipping facilities in China to USPS facilities in the United States.
Risk-Free Shipping
If your order does not arrive within 60 days for any reason, we will refund 100% of the purchase price for the affected item.
If your order is missing, please contact us at contact@modelyria.com. We will investigate the issue, which usually takes 3–5 business days, and resend the product after the issue has been confirmed.
Customs and Taxes
All prices on our website are displayed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes. You may be required to pay duties or taxes when receiving your order.
Import taxes, duties, and other charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
Liability for Incorrect Address
The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Modelyria is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered by the buyer.
If the package arrives in your country and:
the customer refuses to accept the package; or
multiple delivery attempts have been made;
Modelyria reserves the right to abandon the package and will not issue a refund.
