At Modelyria, we place great importance on product quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return and refund process.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.
Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Original tags must still be attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or gift certificate, is required.

Please provide the items you would like to return and the reason for the return.
Wait for the return instructions.
Return shipping costs will be fully covered by the seller.
Prepare the Return
Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
Please make sure the items are free from stains, makeup, deodorant, and signs of use.
Include all original accessories and documents.
Return Shipment
Send the package to the address provided by customer service.
Use a shipping method with tracking and keep your shipping receipt.
Refund Process
Returns are usually processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.
Refunds are issued within 14–21 business days after processing.
The refund includes the item price and applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds for purchases made with a receipt will be issued to the original payment method.
For returns made with a gift certificate, you will receive store credit.
A processing fee of €10 may be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns due to personal preference or incorrect purchases: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Returns due to damaged or incorrect items: Modelyria will cover the shipping costs. Please send clear photos to customer service before returning the item.
Special Circumstances
Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days after delivery.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the item and place a new order for the desired size or color.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Items returned after 30 days.
Reserved Rights
Modelyria reserves the right to:
Restrict or refuse returns from customers with a high return history or suspected fraudulent activity.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with specific instructions on how to return the package and the address to which it must be sent.
